BUILDING CONTROL CONSULTING

Planning a Building Project or involved in one and need help with industry Rules and Regulations.

We can help. We have great understanding and knowledge with proven experience in the following;

  • The Building Act 2004 (Example: What is and what is not exempt, regarding having to get a Building Consent)
  • Restricted Building Work.
  • What is and what isn't RBW and when a licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) is required.
  • Council "consent" requirements and conditions.
  • "CCC" - Finalizing the project in order to get the "Code Compliance Certificated" (CCC) issued.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Got a "Building Works" Project that you need help with. We can help.

This could be from subdiving your property and Building new houses, to just doing some Building work that you don't have time to organize yourself.

We can run this project from start to finish in order to gain the finial sign off from council which may include the issue of the CCC.

Our Project Management service includes (or part) of the following;

  • Costing the complete project.
  • Appointing the required Contractors and Sub Contractors.
  • Consulting with Council regarding all the Consent requirements.
  • On site consultation with Council inspectors.
  • Managing all on site activities and contractors.
  • Managing the project budget and consulting with the project owners. Gathering all required documentation so to apply for the final sign off and application for any required CCC.
